Frizz happens when there is more moisture in the air than in our hair. The solution? Cut the harsh detergents, amp up the moisture, use the right techniques and seal your locks in a gel cast. That's all there is to it.

If your hair gets fluffy or frizzy after you wash it, your shampoo might be the culprit. Shampoos with harsh detergents like sulfates leave your hair feeling “squeaky clean” because they completely strip it of natural oils. The result? Dehydrated hair that frizzes up as it dries. Our Curl Shampoo gently cleans away dirt and sweat but leaves hair feeling silky and moisturized.
HOW TO: Think of shampooing as cleaning your scalp more than your hair. Use your fingers to massage a small amount of Curl Shampoo all over your scalp, roots and wet hair. It will lather slightly, but won't form a thick bubbly layer like most shampoos. Always wash it out thoroughly.

If your hair looks and feels great when wet but frizzes up as it dries, your conditioner might be the culprit. Your scalp is always producing oils that moisturise and strengthen hair. The longer and curlier your hair is, the less oil makes it down to the ends. The result? Ends that are dehydrated, dull and tangle easily. Our Curl Conditioner picks up where your scalp left off with organic oils that mimic those produced by your scalp.
HOW TO: After shampooing, rake a generous amount of Curl Conditioner through your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths to ends. Work out any knots with the Detangler, starting at the ends and slowly making your way up. Wash it out. Then for extra hydration, rake the same amount of conditioner through wet hair and leave it in. Immediately follow with Curl Enhancing Gel or squeeze out excess water with the Bamboo Towel and airdry.

HOW TO:
- Lightly coat your palms and fingers with oil and scrunch into the ends of damp hair.
- Add a few drops to your leave-in conditioner for extra moisture and shine.
- Use on dry hair to tame flyaways and stubborn frizz.

Looking for perfectly sculpted, photo-finish curls? Gel is the best styler for curls. It locks in moisture, enhances your natural curl pattern and cuts through frizz.
HOW TO: After washing, apply a generous amount of Curl Enhancing Gel evenly through sopping wet hair. Don't be stingy with it - you really want to coat those curls! Use a scrunching or twisting technique to encourage curl groupings. Squeeze out excess water with our Bamboo Towel or a cotton t-shirt. Don't rub; use a squeezing-scrunching motion to preserve the curl pattern. Air-dry or use a hairdryer with a diffuser attachment. Once fully dry, coat your palms with a smear of 003 Hair Oil and scrunch out the gel cast to reveal soft, freshly defined wavves.
