Shipping

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a Sendle tracking number. Enter this tracking number on the Sendle website to see how your order is travelling: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking. 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to over 220 countries and territories worldwide! All parcels ship from Sydney, Australia. 

What shipping options are available in australia?

Shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $60, and a flat rate of $10 otherwise. 

What shipping options are available outside of australia?

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $15 and shipping to other parts of the world is calculated at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our Routine Essentials guarantee is better WAVVES in 30 days, or you don't pay. If you purchase the Routine Essential pack, you have 30 days from when it arrives at your door to return it and qualify for a refund. Returns are free and easy - all you need is a printer.

We cannot offer this policy for our individual products and smaller packs because it takes a complete routine to guarantee the best results. 

WAVVES is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your WAVVES products, please get in contact with us at hello@wavveshair.com.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, fill out this form. We will email you a return shipping label that you'll have to print and attach to the return parcel. Once we've received the return order, we'll refund you the full amount.

What should I do if I received damaged or faulty products?

If you receive damaged or faulty products, please keep the box, packing materials and items inside and email us a photograph of the damage at hello@wavveshair.com.

Orders

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We pack and send orders as soon as we receive them. This means they're delivered to you ASAP, but unfortunately means that orders cannot be edited or cancelled after they're placed. If there's something wrong with your order, email us at hello@wavveshair.com and we'll do what we can to help.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

We hope this doesn't happen! If your package hasn't shown up yet, you can track it with the tracking number we emailed you to see where it's up to. If it was marked as delivered by the courier but you never received it, please contact the courier. If your package was damaged, take a photo and email it to us at hello@wavveshair.com. 

What should I do if the order I received is wrong?

If your order is wrong or incomplete, please contact us at hello@wavveshair.com and we will fix it!

Are WAVVES products unisex?

Don't let our logo deceive you! Our products are for curly-haired men, women, children and everyone in between!

What Hair types are WAVVES products appropriate for?

WAVVES products are designed for frizzy, wavy and curly hair types of all lengths, thicknesses and porosities. 
WAVVES products are safe for coloured and keratin-treated hair.

Are WAVVES products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes and yes! All of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. No animal testing here.

What Ingredients do wavves avoid?

You won't find sulfates, silicones, mineral oils, parabens, drying alcohols, gluten or animal products in any of our products. We only use curl-approved ingredients!

Are WAVVES ingredients ethically sourced?

Absolutely! We have very high standards when it comes to sourcing our ingredients.

Are WAVVES products organic?

Nature knows best when it comes to haircare, so all WAVVES products are made from 99% organic and natural ingredients. 

Sustainability

Is wavves packaging recyclable?

Yes! 100% of WAVVES packaging, from the box your order comes in, to the aluminium lids on our 003 Hair Oil bottles, can be recycled. 

Where are wavves products produced?

All of our products are formulated and made here in Australia.

What is carbon neutral delivery?

Our deliveries are all carbon neutral. That means that the CO2 emitted by our courier is neutralised by a process called 'offsetting', by supporting projects that reduce emission like regenerating forests.

Does wavves offer product refills?

Not yet, but we are working on it... Watch this space.
